At Penstagram, we aim to provide premium quality shirts, t-shirts, watches, perfumes, and bracelets across Pakistan. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

• Item must not be damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)

• Used or worn products

• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size (subject to availability)

• Defective or incorrect product
